Operating our own in-house-developed Project Management systems, Kentz provides the project control tools to direct, monitor and report on all projects phases. We specialise in our ability to finish a project on schedule and utilise in-house-developed project completion tools which monitor and control construction completion, precommissioning and commissioning. Such is our ability in this area, we are often contracted to provide this service on a stand-alone basis.

Our commitment to EPC project execution is such that we have developed and now run our own Introductory and Advanced EPC Project Management courses for the ongoing progression of our staff. Our manuals and procedures, centred on EPC Project execution, ensure a consistent and client-focused approach on all our projects.
