In addition to new construction work, our projects have included plant relocations, retrofits, disassembly, upgrades, de-bottlenecking and shutdowns.  Our resources are highly experienced and are supported by a fleet of cranes and vehicles and an extensive range of welding, rigging, mechanical and piping equipment and facilities.

Over the years, Kentz has honed our project management skills and developed best practices for managing the most complex of projects.  We are known for our ability to successfully execute projects almost anywhere, even in the most remote and logistically challenging locations.  Our extensive network of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction facilities allows us to quickly mobilise project resources whenever and wherever they are needed.  With offices world-wide, we have people who understand the legislation, culture, business and labour practices of the communities where we work as well as understanding the intricacies of managing a workforce that includes ethnic, religious and political diversity.

Kentz’s construction systems integrate seamlessly with our clients' engineering and procurement software to deliver construction-driven planning and execution support.  These systems include: PM II (for estimating man-hours, costs and material control); CCMS (construction management systems); Primavera (project scheduling); progress trends (s-curves).

Kentz has an extensive range of general and specific procedures, work instructions and check sheets to support construction execution.  Our extensive range of qualified welding procedures coupled with stringent weld control ensures optimum weld quality.
