Scope of Work:

Provision of instrument and electrical technicians, supervision and field engineering support staff, supply of all electrical and instrument test equipment, workshops and calibration facilities for the entire pre-commissioning and pre RFSU testing of all systems including 33KV, 6.6KV and 3.3KV MV substations, DCS (6,500 I/O), F&G, ESD, power generation, vendor assistance, process train 4, and off-sites. Test equipment was maintained to NATO standards, with regular certification in standards facilities in Perth. Additional scope included hazardous area inspections of all vendor supplied equipment, under new statuary requirements, and subsequent rectification of punch lists.

Monitoring and reporting on status of construction release, testing and RFI issues was carried out utilizing the Kentz CMS system, information was passed directly to the clients TOSTR system for incorporation in the overall project status report. ‘As built’ drawings were maintained during the project.

Project was completed with no lost time incidents (LTI). Total number of loops tested and commissioned – 3,865.
