Project Management, Materials Procurement Management, Scheduling and Planning, Supervision, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Start-up assistance for the complete Mechanical and Electrical installation for the Juba Power Station.
The scope included 7 No. AEG Kanis 40MW frame 7 Gas Turbine Generators operating on dual fuel (crude/distillate), 33kV Switchgear, 13.8kV Switchgear, Generator Transformers, Control Room Equipment, 2MW Blackstart Diesel Generator, Fuel Storage Facilities, Fuel Treatment and Distribution System, and Fire Protection System.
