Scope of Work:
Pre-commissioning/pre RFSU testing of all systems including 33kV, 6.6kV and 3.3kV MV substations, DCS (6,500 I/O), F & G, ESD, Power Generation, Vendor assistance, Process Train 4 and Off-sites. Scope also included Hazardous Area Inspections of all vendor supplied equipment and subsequent rectification of punch lists. Monitoring and reporting on status of construction release, testing and RFI issues was carried out utilising the Kentz CCMS system, TOSTR system interface for overall project status report. Project was completed with no lost time incidents (LTI). Total number of loops tested and commissioned - 3,865.
