- The planning and preparation phase included identification, resource planning, pre-fabrication, subcontractor selection and material supply.
- Demolition and Rebuild of a 300T flash smelting furnace.

- The complete overhaul of 2 x40T Electric Arc Furnaces.
- Renewal of large and small bore piping.
- Overhaul of heat exchangers.
- Refurbishment Waste Heat Boiler (40% retube).
- Replacement of feed conveyors & hoppers.
- Pendant renewals.
