Scope of Work:   

Project management, planning, procurement (bulks), supervision, installation and commissioning of the E&I scope at Ras Laffan Industrial City.

The E&I scope includes MV & LV switchgear, transformers, electrical network monitoring and control system, MV & LV power cabling, control and instrument cabling, grounding, plant lighting and small power, primary and secondary cable support systems, communications equipment, cathodic protection, electrical trace heating, control room equipment, analysers, field instruments, process and pneumatic hook-ups, instrument calibration and loop-checking.

In addition to the E&I, Kentz were awarded the civil, mechanical, electrical and IT (voice over data) scope for the 8,000-person temporary facilities on site.
