Scope of Work:         

Execution of all routine and non-routine instrumentation and controls systems maintenance including telecommunications to maintain the operational areas and associated premises of the refinery complex. Project programme encompasses planned preventative maintenance, general turnaround, safeguarding and proper operation of instrumentation, controls systems, and packaged instrument systems/units, inventory control and emergency and breakdown maintenance. Systems maintained included Honeywell TDC 2000, Foxboro I/A, Spec 200, Bently Nevada vibration monitoring, Enraf tank gauging. Anti surge control systems, Servomex analytical equipment, Farenti Telemetry, Fisher, Mason Neilon and Rotork Crosby valves, Honeywell, Rosemount and Foxboro field instrumentation. All maintenance activities were planned and scheduled utilizing the CMMS software package.
