Scope of Work:

Project and construction management, logistics and site installation supervision for the construction of 105 BTS sites in Nigeria. Scope included site acquisition, site clearing, civil works, supply and erection of steel lattice towers, palisade fencing, fully reticulated air-conditioned equipment shelters, AC power supplies, 27kVA back-up generators with 2,000 litre fuel tanks, DC power supply, fire suppression systems, alarms, RF cables and antennas. Compilation of all site and construction documentation.

The contract was awarded on a Turnkey basis.
