Scope of Work:
Mechanical Construction -
Receiving all containers of equipment and pre-assembly
Process equipment – pumps, agitators, 38" and 46" DD refiners, broke and trim repulpers, M90 fibre recovery screen. Flying wing deculator system with cleaners, chemical dosing systems
Machine: Headbox replacement, foudrinier and belbond change, press section rebuild, complete dryer configuration change, new size press, calendar and reel change, new winder section – new sole plates on wet-end, dryer and dry-end; granite roll removed/reinstalled. New variable speed AC silent drive system.
Setting out and final machine alignment and hood installation. Kentz responsibility included the complete mechanical dismantling, erection and machine alignment as well as all on machine instrumentation including: New headbox, new four drinier. new bell bond, extensive wet end sole plate modifications, upgrade of press section, upgrade of dryer sections, new size press new hood, new calender, new reel, new winder, new machine drives (old line shaft drive to felt drive) 200 units of basement process equipment.
