Scope of Work:

EPIC of PMC/Client office and EPCM/Utilities office for Shell and their PMT (JGC-KBR JV).  The scope of work includes Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of 2 No. office facilities with a total floor area of 13,000 SqM. The scope also includes complete internal building services such as lighting, small power, voice and data and HVAC. External services include sanitary waste water collection facilities, connection to potable water network and connection to power network.
