Scope of Work:
Engineering, detailed design, procurement, supervision, Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing of the electrical, control and instrumentation scope of the TNBJ 2100MW coal fired power station at Manjung. The electrical scope included isolated phase busducts, generator circuit breakers, generator transformers (900 MVA), 500kV switchyard, 500KV switchyard control and protection, unit transformers (60 MVA), unit auxiliary transformers (10 MVA), station transformers and distribution transformers (1~10 MVA), 3.3KV and 11kV switchboards, 0.4kV switchboards and motor control centers, protection and metering, station mimic panel, 220V and 110V DC batteries and chargers, UPS, HV and LV reticulation and grounding. The control and Instrumentation scope included plant DCS, control room equipment, SCADA system, boiler protection panels, burner control panels, power distribution management system, energy management system, unit control panels, soot blower panels, unit backup panels, telephone system, radio system, radio paging system, plant security and alarm system, CCTV system, LAN system and clock system.
