Scope of Work:
Kentz Russia LLC, together with partners SakhalinMorNefteMontazh (SMNM) and DEM, was awarded a contract for project management, supervision, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the civil works for the access roads and piling for the land based drill rig at the Odoptu Field in north eastern Sakhalin. The Sakhalin 1 Odoptu first stage production project consists of the Odoptu oil and gas field, onshore hydrocarbon processing at Odoptu and transportation of oil and gas to the Chayvo Oil Processing Facility for further processing to sales quality crude and natural gas.
The scope has grown to include the following:
- Civil works including; access road, site grading piling for all the land base drilling rig and all process and buildings, concrete pouring, installation of precast sleepers and concrete and fencing.
- Structural steel fabrication and installation.
- Vessel refurbishment and placement.
- Process piping for drilling utilities and non-process area.
- Site wide electrical works including switchgear commissioning, grounding, site lighting, temporary construction power, camp power, cable trays, cable pulling and termination.
