Scope of Work
Scope development, prefabrication, preparation and planning for the October 2009 Shutdown at the GTL Facility in Mosselbay and the FA Platform located approximately 80km off the coast of Mosselbay, South Africa.
Scope of work includes mechanical maintenance including statutory and off-line works, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, piping repairs and vessel repairs. Work on over 172 pressure vessels, 140 heat-exchangers and fin-fans, 18 process columns and 1,072 valves.
The shutdown will be executed over a 26 day period starting at the end of September and finishing towards the end of October. Expected man-power to be involved is approximately 800 including indirect and direct field labour staff.
