| Description: | Modify the Ammonia Rail Loading Racks on both the Sasol 2 and Sasol 3 sides, such that they will become less hazardous to operate. Currently loading takes place into the top of the tanker. This causes warm ammonia gas to be vented into the atmosphere as the liquid fills the tanker. The venting takes place in close vicinity to the operator, putting him/her in a dangerous and unhealthy situation. |
Scope of Work:
(SMEIPC) Structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping & control engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) on a turnkey basis including the following:
-LV distribution including MCC’s and cable management systems
-DCS and associated control system and instrumentation
-Mechanical and piping engineering and construction
-Civil and structural engineering and construction
-All field cabling and racking
-Quality assurance and quality control to the clients requirements
-Procurement and manufacture of all equipment to client specification.
