Provision of studies and assessments for the necessary engineering design of:

• Prepare Master Plan for Site Development for the Secondary Industries are in Stages 2, 3 & 4
• Residential Sectors, Shorelines, Parklands
• Fuel feedstock Systems
• Cooling Water Systems
• Main Distribution Substations (380 KV to 13.8 KV)
• Sewage and Waste Water Systems
• University Colleges of Jubail Campus, Residential Compounds and Institutional Campus
The mandate also includes support and on-site construction support.
