The primary core value of Kentz is Health & Safety and this is emphasised in every project that we undertake. The Health & Safety of our employees takes priority over any other business objective. To reinforce this primary core value, we implement our Habits of Highly Effective Health & Safety Leaders on all projects.

To support our primary core value, we have implemented a HSE management system based on the management system requirements of OHSAS 18001:1999, ISO 14001:2004, BS 8800, HSG 65 and ILO-OSH:2001.

Through LRQA, we achieved certification to OHSAS 18001:1999 and ISO 14001:2004 in March 2006. The certification to the two standards was part of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999 & ISO 14001:2004) certification achieved by Kentz, which is a first in many of the countries in which we currently have operations.
