Publication of Supplementary Prospectus - 15 July 2011
London, 15th July 2011: Kentz Corporation Limited (LSE: KENZ), the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, announces that, further to its announcement of a new contract award on the Gorgon LNG Project, dated 14 July 2011, a supplementary prospectus dated 15 July 2011 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and must be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 24 June 2011 in connection with the Company's application for admission to listing of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") with a premium listing and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") (together the "Admission").
The Admission will be effected by an introduction of Kentz's existing Ordinary Shares with no new Ordinary Shares being issued.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings on the Main Market will commence at 8.00 am on Friday 22 July 2011. Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously. The Company's stock code will continue to be LSE: KENZ, with ISIN of JE00B28ZGP75 and there are expected to be 116,371,470 Ordinary Shares in issue on Admission.
An electronic copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do, and will also shortly be available on Kentz's website at www.kentz.com. The Supplementary Prospectus will also be available for inspection during normal business hours at the Company's registered office, IFG House, 15 Union Street, St. Helier JE1 1FG, Jersey, and at the offices of the Company's legal advisers, Simmons & Simmons LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.
