Kentz Canada and PCL sign JV agreement

19th August 2008, Calgary Canada - Kentz Canada, the Canadian operations arm of engineering and construction company Kentz Group, is pleased to announce the signing of a joint venture agreement with PCL Industrial Management Inc. to pursue a major oil sands project in Fort McMurray, Alberta.


Kentz' role includes the delivery of electrical, instrumentation, automation and telecommunications scopes of works as well as the provision of support in foreign management and labour from its international sources of operation. PCL is the largest construction contractor in Canada and the seventh largest in North America. PCL is a general contractor with considerable self perform capabilities in all key disciplines and is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.
