Quality
Kentz Group management recognises the requirements for Quality Assurance in the area in which they operate and have therefore committed themselves to the establishment of an effective Quality Management System. The aim of the Quality Management System is to ensure that all contractual and specification requirements are met for the projects executed by Kentz and to achieve a reliable and cost effective System of Management concerning all activities. The Quality Management System addresses all Quality Management Systems requirements identified in International Standard ISO 9001: 2000. The projects executed by the Kentz include Design, Development, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Servicing.
The Chief Executive Officer has defined quality objectives for the company, which are reviewed periodically to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the goals of Kentz.
To assist in achieving these aims, the Chief Executive Officer has appointed a Quality Assurance Manager, who is responsible for the introduction and implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company. The Quality Assurance Manager has a direct reporting link to the Chief Executive Officer on all Quality matters.
The Quality Assurance Strategy laid down in the Company Quality Manual has the full support of the Kentz Management. Furthermore, the Management recognises that Quality is the responsibility of each employee, therefore the Quality Assurance Manager shall conduct Introduction courses for all employees effecting Quality to ensure the Quality Management System is effectively communicated within the company. They must therefore accept as a condition of employment that they will, as directed, comply with the Quality Management Systems and Procedures, as defined in the company Quality Documentation.
