Kentz Health, Safety and Environmetal Protection Policy Statement

It is Kentz Group policy to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times. The goal of Kentz Group management is to prevent occupational accidents, injuries, illnesses or unnecessary environmental damage. These objectives will be achieved by management who shall place accident prevention and the protection of the health and safety of every employee above any other consideration of job operation or administration. The ultimate goal of Kentz Group at every level of our organisation shall be to ensure at all times, throughout every phase of job operation, the safety and health of our own employees, the Owners’/Clients’ employees and the employees of every subcontractor.

Kentz Group recognises that the responsibilities for employee health and safety, and protection of the environment, require the constant and continuing effort of management and employees from this company, our subcontractors, our Clients and the facility Owner.

Kentz Group accepts its responsibility to lead in the promotion and practice of its health and safety programme.

Kentz Group shall comply strictly with all legally mandatory and generally accepted work practices and procedures for the protection and promotion of the safety and health of its employees and others, who may be affected by the Group’s activities. Kentz Group personnel will strictly adhere to all site safety and health standards, and site work rules and procedures. Employees at all levels shall work conscientiously and diligently to execute the Group’s safety and health policy of maintaining the highest standards of occupational health and safety to prevent human suffering and losses, which result from unsafe practice.

Kentz Group shall promote and enforce the development, dissemination, implementation, effectiveness and improvement of its HS&EP programme. Kentz Group shall pursue rigorous and frequent audits to ensure that each partner in the shared responsibilities attains the Group’s goal to prevent human suffering, and to limit losses by exemplary leadership in the prevention of accidents, injuries, illness and environmental damage.

The Kentz Group HS&EP policy emphasises that every employee and official of the company is unreservedly committed to achieving our ultimate HS&EP target, which is ZERO ACCIDENTS, ZERO INCIDENTS, LESS POLLUTION AND MINIMUM WASTE.
