I originally did a summer internship with Kentz as an undergraduate engineer, which made the transition into working life much easier. Since joining full time I have been based in our engineering centre in Qatar and have gained a firm insight in to the Engineering Procurement and Construction business unit. It has been enjoyable to develop my engineering skills in disciplines other than my own, and also to build skills in areas such as management and communication. Having a graduate mentor has helped my development enormously through regular feedback on my progress. Kentz seems to be expanding its global operations further than ever and I feel it offers me many positive and challenging career opportunities.
