It’s a Career not a Job.

Kentz places a huge emphasis on Graduate development, and everyone from the CEO downwards is committed to developing our graduates in order to allow them to reach their full potential and achieve their career aspirations.

We take on over 20 Graduates each year world-wide from Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Devlopment and Finance courses. As a Graduate you could be placed in places as diverse as Ireland, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, South America, Asia, South Africa and Australia.

We encourage our graduates to become members of their respective professional Institutes such as IEI Institute of Engineers of Ireland and RICS. We encourage our Graduates to complete their qualifications to chartered status where possible. Obviously this involves a huge commitment from the Graduates and from our development team to ensure that a continual professional development plan (CPD) is in place for each and every Graduate and that the Graduate is getting the opportunities to develop and experience various aspects of his profession.

Kentz has developed its internal graduate development programme called the Rotational Exposure Experience Programme (REEP) for Engineers, the General Exposure Experience Programme (GEEP) for all other disciplines and the QS EEP specifically for Quantity Surveying Graduates. These various programmes ensure that we support our Graduates in the field and give them exposure on various aspects of the business and to experience our business first hand.

Kentz also have a dedicated Mentor support programme for the Graduates and you will be assigned a mentor before you arrive on site. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that you get the proper exposure and experience as per the Graduate development programme requirements.

In addition Kentz also supports Graduates who wish to develop other skills which would be in line with the business such as skills enhancement courses, management and leadership programmes and in due course executive diploma and MBA programmes.
