As a graduate with Kentz, you will have the opportunity to be placed anywhere in the world, from Qatar to South Africa, Australia to Russia. With offices and sites in over 27 countries the options for world travel with Kentz are endless.
Our graduate training programme takes between 18-24 months. During this time, graduates will have the opportunity to work in a series of challenging and varied roles, and develop a range of skills. The various rotation stages in the programmes ensure that we support our graduates in the field and give them exposure to various aspects of the business and to experience our Company first hand. We believe in sharing experiences and graduates will be paired with an experienced mentor who will be able to guide and support them throughout the programme.
Within Kentz, our graduate training programmes are tailored to meet the needs of each specific area of the business and are split into:
- Engineering programme
- Quantity Surveying programme
- Business programme
Workshops have also been developed which focus on improving Management Techniques, as well as focusing on Leadership, Communication and Negotiation skills. We also encourage membership of professional institutes such as IEI (Institute of Engineers of Ireland) and RICS.
