The MSc in Leadership & Management supported by Nottingham Trent University is an important part of that strategy and is offered to employees who show commitment and passion, and who have the potential to progress far within the business. We enable employees to improve their own personal managerial and leadership skills through a series of Skills Enhancement courses.
We place huge emphasis on recognising and rewarding the commitment and achievements of our employees across the Group.
