Group Strategic Development Manager. Based in Houston, Texas. Since joining Kentz in 1991, James Clarke has served in a variety of engineering, project management and executive management positions in the Middle East, Europe and the USA. James presently leads the strategic development for Kentz and mergers and acquisition group. Prior to joining Kentz, he was a senior engineer with Stone & Webster working on upstream oil and gas, petrochemicals and power projects around the world, and previously was a process systems engineer with Fisher Controls (Emerson).  He has a MSc in Environmental Engineering and has attended Wharton Executive Business School.
