The business originally commenced operations in 1919 in Ireland as M.F. Kent and has operated internationally since the 1970’s. In 1994 the company changed its name to Kentz. Kentz, which continues to have strong Irish roots, is now incorporated in Jersey and is owned by its management and a group of Malaysian investors.
Kentz today is a truely international company with approximately 7,000 staff in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia and is represented by subsidiaries and offices in over 20 countries world-wide.
