Group QA/HSE Manager. James joined Kentz in 1989 and has since travelled extensively with the company. He has spent time in Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.  He has used this role to consistently promote the importance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental issues within Kentz and has targeted the regions and projects for constant improvement and awareness. In 2005 he devised and implemented the Integrated Management System, a unique programme that integrates Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes applicable to every project being completed by the Group. This system achieved certification from LRQA in 2006. James is a qualified auditor for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management systems. James was honoured with the Chancellors Award from IMC in 2006 in recognition of his development and management of the Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management for Kentz.
